bcSearch BigCommerce Custom Search
What is it?
bcSearch basically allows for fast custom searching. Unlike bcNav which directs the shopper to a specific category, bcSearch directs shoppers to a filtered search page.
bcSearch is not a hosted plugin. Rather, the feature is custom programmed into each store on a case-by-case basis.
Store owners are required to add search tokens/keywords to the product data of each product added to their store which bcSearch uses to read when filtering search requests by shoppers. The bcSearch form options can be customized to the store owner’s specifications.
It’s a great tool for stores with lots of products and options/variations.

Instant Coupon Email Capturing
What is it?
Instant Coupon allows you to capture email addresses by offering coupons and discounts. Instant Coupon captures all emails so you can then re-market to those emails via email marketing. Once a shopper fills in their email address and submits the Instant Coupon, they are immediately emailed a coupon code that can be used on their next purchase. There is no better way to capture email addresses and build an email marketing list.

Social Share App Viral Marketing Tool
What is it?
Our Social Share app allows you to take advantage of social media viral marketing. Generally, the way it works is when a shopper completes a purchase on your store, the Social Share app will be activated and ask the shopper if they’d like to save an additional percentage on their next purchase. The shopper does this by sharing a coupon and their experience with their friends and family on Facebook, Twitter or by email. If they choose to do so, and share your offer with friends and family they will be provided a coupon code for their next purchase. By doing this, the shopper is more likely to revisit and shop your store, as well as bring new visitors and shoppers to your store. While the Social Share app is normally after checkout, it does not need to be. It can also be used anywhere on your store as seen in the examples below.

Abandoned Cart Re-marketing Tool
What is it?
Our Abandoned Cart Plugin helps you capture more sales by auto-email marketing shoppers that leave your store before finalizing checkout. It works by capturing the shopper’s email address with JavaScript as they begin checkout and then email markets that shopper if they do not complete checkout for some reason. The re-marketing email offers the shopper a discount code they can use if they return and complete their purchase. The plugin also notifies you as the store owner when a cart has been abandoned so you can personally reach out to the shopper and try to capture the missed sale if you wish.
