I just wanted to take a few minutes and let you and your staff know how pleased I am with the recent web-store design you did for my company.
I have had www.TacticalLEDs.com on line for a little over two years. Since I opened in 2008, the site has grown to become recognized by many in our industry as a resource for LED Flashlight equipment. As the site grew I thought something was missing and I moved to a “multi-platform” provider in order to sell on different channels. The provider I chose left a lot to be desired in the SEO category and my website rankings plummeted.
Reluctantly, I began searching again for a provider that met my needs and offered a platform at a reasonable price; I found Big Commerce. I was really impressed with what they have to offer and the growth the company is experiencing can mean nothing but good things in the not too distant future. With choosing any web store provider; finding the right look for the web site is paramount. Since Tactical LEDs has been open, I have always felt something was missing in the store front designs I had. The usual templates were OK and custom work was always beyond the reach of my small business budget. Then I found Madwire Media listed on BigCommerce as a partner.
I was pretty skeptical when I requested your “FREE Mock-up” for my site. My last store front was to be stellar; right up until I began picking features and the add-ons went into the thousands of dollars. Last go ’round I ended up with nothing more that a modified template, that definitely looked like a modified template.
When your mock up was presented to me, I was floored. Grand Slam are the only words I have been able to find to come close to how pleased I was with the proposed design and then I braced for the impact of the price. To me, it was beyond reasonable. You have provided everything exactly as you said it would be on the schedule you promised.
Madwire Media has given Tactical LEDs the image I was looking for a price that is reasonable for small business. I am still mesmerized when I look at our new design. I am getting kudos from many of our customers and the manufacturers we carry have been commenting on how professionally we present their products.
I have had so many bad experiences with internet design and not getting what was promised, it was a new experience to work with Madwire Media and get exactly what I paid for. Please convey to your staff how absolutely thrilled I am with their work and please pass on my thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE!

I remember looking at the mock up for the first time and saying, “Wow!” It was so refreshing, so out of the box – I never would have thought of a design like that in a million years! It’s leaps and bounds better than our old site, and we’ve received many compliments on our new look. I have to tell you what has been going on with our business thanks to the new website. Prior to coming to you for help I had tried to do a “daily deal” website promotion (like groupon, living social) . They took a look at the old website I created and said no way. So I had you guys create a new website. I reapplied to the daily deal website and got accepted. We sold 156 new clients in one week! We had 8 clients beforehand. The deal we sold was super cheap to get people through the door and just a portion will stay. But, we are now getting the critical mass through the door! We have 3 more promotions like this lined up! Business is booming and the only difference has been the new website was appealing to the “daily deal” websites! You guys have already made such a huge difference in our business, it’s incredible.
