The power of positive thinking within the economy cannot be understated, and so it comes as good news that the Positive Thinking Meter climbed to 46 on February 16^th, up from a seven-month low of 31, according to Business Week.  We still have far to come but the poll may be suggesting that the worst of the recession is over, at least in the consumers mind.  There is much yet the Government could do to mess things up but we’re hopeful.
